HACCP PLAN/COOKSAFE PLAN

TransTech has been supplying HACCP Plans for food manufacturing businesses and CookSafe Plans for hot and cold catering establishments (e.g. hotel, restaurant, cafe, fast food outlet, takeaway, etc.) throughout Argyll and the Highlands since 2005.

An independently produced CookSafe Plan prevents your chef from having ownership of your Plan and removing it from the premises when they leave. We will conduct a site visit to understand the food preparation process at your premises and then write a CookSafe plan specific to your catering establishment. The completed plan becomes the property of the business owners.
